Certified Artemia quality — proven by science, trusted worldwide.
Microbiological Safety
Purpose: to eliminate the risk of pathogenic or potentially harmful microorganisms in the final product.
Each production batch undergoes comprehensive microbiological screening in an accredited laboratory.
Results are recorded in internal QA logs. Any batch showing positive results is rejected and excluded from production.

Nutritional Value Assessment
Purpose: to confirm a stable and consistent nutritional profile.
Representative samples from every batch are analyzed using standard laboratory methods:
- Protein — Kjeldahl method
- Lipids — Soxhlet method
- Ash and moisture — gravimetric analysis
Measured values are compared against Prime Aqua Nutrition reference standards (protein 55–60%, lipids 15–20%, moisture ≤ 8%).

Viability and Purity Testing
Purpose: to verify hatchability and ensure product cleanliness.
Each batch undergoes controlled test incubations under laboratory conditions:
- Determination of hatching rate (target ≥ 90%)
- Evaluation of synchronous nauplii emergence
- Assessment of residual shell (chorion) fragments, silt, or impurities
Only batches that demonstrate high hatch rates and clean separation of nauplii from shells are approved for export.

Physico-Chemical Control
Purpose: to ensure product stability and safety during long-term storage.
Each batch is subjected to a series of physico-chemical analyses to verify compliance with storage and safety standards:
- Measurement of residual moisture (drying to constant weight)
- Verification of particle size uniformity and color consistency
- Inspection of packaging integrity and absence of condensation
Target moisture level: ≤ 6–8% — to prevent mold growth, quality degradation, and spoilage during storage and transport.
